For starters...a change of scenery...most of us living in the Salt Lake valley don't live downtown. It's colorful, full of texture, character and an atmosphere that isn't so easy to find elsewhere. My favorite summer time treats aren't typical "treats", I LOVE LOVE LOVE fresh anything from the garden. Tomatoes, peas, corn, watermelon, cucumbers and herbs too. Yummy! Every year I can hardly wait until it is summer time to raid my dad's lush garden!
